My Approach to Dentistry

Whether it’s a single filling, a root canal, a full smile design, or a dental implant — I believe every treatment deserves the same level of precision, care, and attention to detail. For me, dentistry isn’t about procedures — it’s about people. And it’s about building something that lasts.

What I love most about dentistry is the consistent opportunity to refine my skills in the pursuit of perfection. I approach each case with the mindset that long-term success begins with thoughtful planning and conservative, detail-oriented care — whether I’m restoring function or creating a beautiful, natural smile.

Aesthetics are a big part of what I do, and I find deep satisfaction in designing smiles that are not only visually striking, but structurally sound and tailored to each individual. But the truth is, I see every case as esthetic in its own right — because every tooth we restore contributes to the way someone eats, speaks, smiles, and lives.

I know how much a smile matters — in everyday life and in the way we carry ourselves. That’s why I prioritize quality over speed, relationships over volume, and trust above all else. I take pride in earning my patients’ confidence, and I won’t rest until they’re truly satisfied with the outcome.

My name is Dr. Moore. I was born and raised in Colorado, met my wife in high school, and we’ve been married for 21 years. We now have two incredible kids, and they remind me every day why integrity, patience, and purpose matter — both at home and in my practice.

Dr. Srivalli Sankaranarayanan (Dr. Valli)

Dr. Valli received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 2006. She then worked in the Greater Denver area for 6 years focusing exclusively on caring for children and young adults.

As the mother of two young girls, Dr. Valli understands the joys and challenges of caring for little ones. She uses her skills as a general dentist and a mom to provide a caring environment that makes a trip to the dentist easy for kids and parents.

Dr. Valli is also enthusiastic about continuing education and training. Her goal is to always be the most qualified she can to care for your oral health needs. Dr. Valli is a member of several dental organizations, including the American Dental Association (ADA), Colorado Dental Association (CDA), American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) and the Weld County Dental Society (WCDS).

Dr. John Justus, DDS

Dr. Justus received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1979 and completed an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery internship at St. John’s Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1981. With a specialization in surgical extractions, implant placement, and restoration, Dr. Justus brings over 20 years of experience to ADIC Denver. His extensive background and commitment to dental health make him a trusted expert in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Asha Chinni

Dr. Asha Chinni is a dentistry practitioner in Centennial, CO who works with new patients performing general dentistry procedures including same-day crowns.

Asha, with over 20 years of experience herself, works closely, alongside Centennial's most prestige dental experts to deliver exceptional dental care.

Asha graduated from  University Of Colorado / School Of Dentistry in 2007.

Dr. Madhu Mallela

Dr. Madhu Mallela, PhD, MBA, BSN, RN, CPHQ, CIC, currently serves as the Strategic Advisor for Pari Dental. Renowned for her leadership in advancing dental outcomes and fostering practice innovation, Dr. Mallela brings a wealth of experience in clinical operations, quality improvement, and healthcare transformation.

Her career began in Philadelphia, where she contributed to clinical and operational excellence at esteemed institutions, including the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Temple University-Jeanes Hospital. After relocating to Colorado, she expanded her expertise to include dental care, assuming influential roles at the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, academic medical centers, pharmaceutical organizations, health plans, and integrated health systems. She has also held prominent executive positions, including Chief Quality Officer at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals in Pennsylvania and System Vice President of Quality at SSM Health in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Mallela’s extensive track record highlights her commitment to driving clinical and operational excellence, improving outcomes in dental and medical settings, and empowering multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Dr. Mallela holds a PhD in Management and an MBA, complementing her clinical foundation as a Registered Nurse (BSN). She is certified in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Infection Prevention and Control (CIC), further underscoring her dedication to advancing healthcare standards and outcomes.
